What can I do if I fail to log in the mobile app?

Step 1 Make sure you have Internet access on your mobile device.

Try opening a website to make sure you are on the Internet. You may try with the wifi connection or switch to the 3G/4G network on your mobile device.

Step 2 Check if you can connect to the ezTalks meeting server.

Open a web browser and type in api.eztalks.com and s-im-a.eztalks.com .

Step 3 If you cannot open the above page, please contact support@eztalks.com for help.

Please tell us the model number of your mobile device and send us a screenshot of the error so that we can quickly address the issue.
