Why does the cloud recording show two windows of video?
Sometimes when you watch the cloud recording file of a webinar or a meeting, you can see there are two windows of videos showing up as below:
This happens when you share screen and open the video screen at the same time in a live webinar or meeting. The cloud recording will record the screen as well as record the active speaker.
How can we prevent the two video screens in cloud recording?
Method 1. You can close the video screen when sharing the desktop, so the cloud recording will only record the sharing desktop and the active speaker.
Method 2. If you prefer the video showing up when sharing screen, then it is better you can use local recording. The local recording will only record the screen that you see and will not record active speaker.
