Abnormal ezTalks Account Issues

Recently some users may face abnormal account errors when signing up an ezTalks account. Here is a list of the errors:

1. When scheduling a meeting, it shows "system error".

2. When starting a meeting, it shows  "the plan you ordered has expired, please upgrade".

3. When starting a meeting, it shows "invalid email address, please check it. (FM-4101)"

4. When starting a meeting, it shows "the email is not registered"

We have reproduced all these issues and are trying our best to resolve it.

As a temporary solution, please delete your account as guided below:

Then please sign up your account again, which may resolve the above issue.
