ezTalks supports on-demand webinar and automated webinar. You can either upload a video file that you have already record to your cloud storage, or you can use ezTalks to record a video file and then choose the file when set up an automated/on-demand webinar.
Step 1. When you schedule an automated or on-demand webinar, you can see the option Select File, and you can select a file from your computer:
Alternatively, you can upload the file to the Storage page first. Go to Storage page and you can see Select File:

Yes you can. ezTalks supports cloud recording and local recording. You can use either way to record the video.
You can start a webinar and don't invite anyone to join. Then record the webinar. You can refer to the articles below to choose the recording way you want.
The local recording will record the whole screen of your computer, and the video quality is more clear then cloud recording.
The cloud recording will record the webinar room only, including sharing screen, video and voice. And it supports cloud recording on mobile devices.
